Enrollment Forms and Procedures

Welcome to Watch Me Grow!

We are  so happy that you are interested in

enrolling your child at Watch Me Grow. 

Follow the next steps, towards entering our school:

• Request an application by clicking here
• Request current rates
• Once we receive your application and process, we will send an acceptance letter.    You should receive that within 2 weeks.  Please call if you do not hear from us.
• We will then send you the contract, health appraisal form, ER card, and any other form applicable to your needs

• Once we receive the required forms (with the exception of the health appraisal), your child will be formally admitted to the program.

• The health appraisal is due within a month of your start date.  Please schedule a doctor's appointment if your child has not seen the doctor for a year.

• You will receive a school supply list and an invitation to our orientation in late August if you are registering for the fall semester.
