Infant I Room (6 weeks - 18 months)
The Daily Schedule for Infants is set according to their individual preferences and instructions given by Parents/Guardians with the advice of Pediatricians or another doctor. However, as the individual child matures, he/she is encouraged to begin to follow a daily schedule which recognizes the needs and preferences of others in his/her world and allow him/her to participate in group activities. Activities for an Infant on a typical day at this center is as follows:
7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. Arrival/Wash Hands/Morning Inspection/Diapering
7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Free Play [toys]; Cuddle Time or Tummy Time
8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Wash Hands/Feeding/Breakfast*
9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Free Play (Toys); Cuddle Time or Tummy Time
11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Diapering/Wash Hands/ Lunch Time
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Outdoor Play [*if weather permits] – Music & Movement
12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Sleep/Afternoon Nap/Diapering/Wash Hands*
12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Free Play [toys, materials, and equipment]/Art Activity*
2:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Diapering/Wash Hands/Snack Time [Nutritious Activity]

Street Frog Curriculum is implemented, throughout the entire duration of the day (during diaper changing and at the environment centers of the classrooms. Child Selected Activities are equivalent to Free Play Centers.
