Child Care South Arise Care App
To all Child Care South Parents, you must remember to download the ARISE CARE APP so that you can scan your child/children in/out daily with the QR code available in the front lobby (BEFORE entering the classrooms). Parents are responsible for having their designated, authorized users signed up prior to pickup/drop-off. Each child MUST BE SCANNED IN/OUT DAILY. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Sign In/Out Sheets
You must sign your child in and out every day at the time of drop off and pickup. Please do not use initials when signing your child in/out. Please put the correct time that you are dropping your child/children off and picking them up.
Children's Cut Off Time
The cut off time to bring your child is 8:30am, NO ADMITTANCE even after a doctor's appointment. If you are going to be tardy or absent, please give us a courtesy call at 251-344-9792 or 251-344-9793.

Tuition and Fees
Tuition is due on Monday morning at the time of drop off.
No partial payments will be accepted.
If fees are not paid in full on Monday night at midnight, then there will be a $10.00 late fee AUTOMATICALLY added to the account on Tuesday Morning.
Weekly child care fees are due regardless of attendance.
Payments may also be made by calling over-the-phone, with a debit/credit card.
