If the customer is entitled to a refund/credit, a request may be put in for a refund/credit. After we receive your request for a refund/credit, our team of professionals will inspect it and approve your refund. Upon approval of the refund, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Upon denial of the refund/credit request, you will be notified.
In order to be eligible for a refund/credit, you have to:
Pre-paid before the week of service
Kept all conditions of the Parent Contract
Reasons to be denied a refund/credit
The services for that week have already been provided
2 week notice (upon withdrawal of student) was not provided (see Parent Handbook)
