BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES AND OUR SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND OTHER ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IT IS YOUR [THE USER, CUSTOMER, OR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER] RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO USE THIS SITE. IF YOU DO NOT EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE OUR SITE. THIS TERMS OF THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE AS OF THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2019.
 


The tuition will be specified in the Parent Contract. The payment is due in full on Monday morning at time of drop off. No partial payment will be accepted. Child care tuition fees are due regardless of attendance. For example, if a holiday/center closure date occurs on a Monday, payment should be made the previous Friday in order to keep from paying late. If payment is not made in advance, then when the center re-opens on that Tuesday morning, your account will be assessed with a late fee. We accept cashier checks, money order, and all the major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or cash. It is the center policy that children may be required to withdraw from enrollment in the center when tuition is more than 14 days in arrears. The registration fee is non-refundable. When making payments on this website, you must pay the entire balance [including your processing fee], making partial payments could result in additional payments and fees.
 
 
 
  
If tuition is not paid in full on Monday morning, there will be a $10.00 late fee that will be assessed to your account on Tuesday Morning. Even though the payment was made, it is the Customer's responsibility to make sure the payment has been applied properly. If payment was not applied properly by midnight on Monday, the late fee will be applied to the Customer's account.
 
 
                                                                                                     Care will be provided Monday through Friday of each week. The maximum time permitted for a student to be present is a total of nine (10) hours during each day of service. The center will be opened from 7:00am to 5:00pm. If your child has exceeded the time permitted at Watch Me Grow CDC, Inc., there will be an initial $30.00 Late Pick up Fee plus (+) a $1.00 per minute charged to your account.
